Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close the section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the legal survey attached as Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission, delineating an area of 0.192 Hectare located at Whitbourne, and to transfer the title to the parcel to Mr. Barry Cousins.
