Under the authority of section 520 J.2.a. of the Personnel and Procedures Manual and the Prerogative of the Crown with respect to the Public Service, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby dismisses Mr. David May, Client Services Officer with the former Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, with cause, effective September 19, 2011.
