Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre?commit $10,000,000 against its 2012-13 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the early commencement of priority major repairs and maintenance projects.
