Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Unisys Canada Inc. for the purchase, implementation and support of a Gasoline and Associated Products System as follows: $394,400 in 2012-13, $70,700 in 2013-14, $71,300 in 2014-15 and $72,000 in 2015-16.
