Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations to facilitate the amendment of a contract with KE Software Inc. to implement and support an online solution for the Vital Statistics Division, Service NL as follows: $250,200 in 2012-13, $50,000 in 2013-14 and $50,000 in 2014-15.
