Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Advanced Education and Skills to pre-commit funding of $140,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2012-13 to facilitate the award of a contract to John Noseworthy for the completion of the Business Transformation Project.
