Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funds in the amount of $1,585,165 in 2012/13 to facilitate the award of a contract to Baraco Atlantic Corporation for construction of site services and building foundations (CP1) for St. Theresa’s School.
