Under the authority of sections 10 and 12 of the Executive Council Act, section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act and section 2.16.1 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs or his designate to sign a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to technical amendments to the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement with the Federal Government and the Nunatsiavut Government, substantially along the lines of the agreement attached as Annex B of the Minister’s submission.
