Under the authority of section 6(2) of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement Act, section 21.3.1 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, sections 10 and 12 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs to sign a bilateral Funding Agreement to provide the provincial share of funding for the Dispute Resolution Board established in accordance with the Labrador Inuit Lands Claims Agreement for the period of April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012, substantially in the form as attached in Annex A of the Minister’s submission, and to sign subsequent annual Funding Agreements for the Board, without further reference to Cabinet, provided they are substantially in the form as attached in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission.
