Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donovan Molloy as Director of Public Prosecutions (Acting) in the Department of Justice, effective February 9, 2012, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1610 point scale in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
