Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell surplus land, located in the Town of Paradise and more specifically described in the survey plans attached as Annex B, C, and D to the Minister’s submission, upon those terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
