Under the authority of sections 10, 13, 15 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to, for a term of six years, effective February 25, 2013: 1) Appoint Mr. Ed Williams as a provincial member of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board; and 2) Designate Mr. Williams as full-time Vice-Chair of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board; with salary and other terms and conditions as agreed with the Government of Canada in the schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
