Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michael Harvey as Executive Director of Planning and Coordination in Cabinet Secretariat, effective April 9, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1262 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
