Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 3,219 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services from Noton Enterprises Limited, located at Corner Brook, NL, on a month to month basis for up to a twelve (12) month period commencing April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 at an increased rental rate of $20.00 per square foot ($64,380.00 per annum) exclusive of HST, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement.
