Under the authority of section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey the property outlined and described in Annex B of the Minister’s Submission, together with an access easement as outlined and described in Annex C of the Minister’s Submission, a sewer easement as outlined and described in Annex D of the Minister’s Submission and a waterline easement as outlined and described in Annex E of the Minister’s Submission, to the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation on such terms and conditions that the Minister prescribes.
