Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture to pre-commit funding of $3 million against its budgetary appropriations in 2012-13 to facilitate an investment in Gray Aqua Group Limited under the Aquaculture Capital Equity Investment Program.
