Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy English as Acting Deputy Minister of the Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs Secretariat, effective April 9, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2384 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016. OC2012-071 is hereby rescinded.
