Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Paul Carter as Assistant Deputy Minister – Royalties and Benefits in the Department of Natural Resources, effective April 9, 2012, with salary at Step 27 on the 1404 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with general salary increases to apply.
