Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton as Deputy Minister – Special Projects in the Executive Council, effective April 9, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
