Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bruce Belbin as Assistant Deputy Minister – Advanced Studies in the Department of Advanced Education and Skills, effective October 28, 2011, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
