Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Brenda Caul as the Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat in Executive Council and Deputy Secretary to Treasury Board, effective immediately, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
