Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Chantelle MacDonald Newhookas Assistant Deputy Minister – Human Resources in the Human Resource Secretariat, effective immediately, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, and with benefits to include the payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
