Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Geoff Williams as Assistant Deputy Minister – Labour Relations in the Human Resource Secretariat, effective immediately, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
