Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant for an area of land not exceeding 316 m² situated at Corner Brook, in the Electoral District of Bay of Islands, to C.W.J.C. Transmission Limited for the purpose of a commercial garage, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for such grants.
