Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Brian Miller as Executive Director – Employee Relations in the Human Resource Secretariat, effective immediately, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
