Forest Land Management and Taxation Regulations
Under the authority of the Forest Land Management and Taxation Regulations, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to set:
a) the 2016 annual tax rate at $1.422 per hectare; and
b) the 2016 fair market value at $107.64 per hectare.
