Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $300,000 in 2017-18; $300,000 in 2018-19; and $150,000 in 2019-20, to facilitate the award of a contract with the Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare to continue to provide laboratory accreditation.
