Under the authority of sections 10, 13, 15 and 24 of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to: 1) Appoint Mr. Scott Tessier as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board, for a term of six years, effective February 25, 2013; and 2) Agree with the Government of Canada that the salary and terms and conditions of the appointment of Mr. Tessier as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board be in accordance with the schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
