Under the authority of section 3 of the Prisons Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Diana Gibbons to the permanent position of Assistant Superintendent for Her Majesty’s Penitentiary, effective immediately, with salary at Step 25 on the HL-28 Scale, and with general salary increases to apply.
