Under the authority of section 5 of the Rail Service Act, 2009, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to grant approval to Labrador Iron Mines Limited to construct and operate an extended railway from Silver Yards, Labrador to the Quebec Border, subject to compliance with conditions imposed by the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Environment and Conservation, and the Department of Transportation and Works.
