Under the authority of section 4 of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased amend OC2010-064 to authorize Memorial University to lease 1.295 ha. of land on Clinch Crescent, as described in the survey and description attached as Annex A of the Minister’s Decision Note, to Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador for the purposes of the charity constructing a hostel for parents/guardians of children being treated at the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre.

OC2010-064 is hereby amended.
