Under the authority of section 10 of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following members to constitute the School Board Committee having the exclusive right to conduct bargaining with the Newfoundland and Labrador Teachers’ Association on behalf of school boards and Government:

School Board Representatives:

 i)  Mr. Ford Rice – CEO/Director of Education, Eastern School District;

ii)  Mr. John George – Chair, Nova Central School Board;

iii)  Dr. Ross Elliott – CEO/Director of Education, Western School District;

iv)  Mr. Wayne Noseworthy – Staff Relations Specialist, Newfoundland and Labrador School Boards Association;

Government Representatives:

v)  Mr. Brian Miller, Chief Negotiator – Executive Director Employee Relations, Human Resource Secretariat;

vi)  Mr. Bob Gardiner – Director of School Services, Department of Education; and

vii)  Ms. Lisa Curran – Staff Relations Specialist, Human Resource Secretariat.
