Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $8,264,400 against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $4,131,700 in 2013-14 and $4,132,700 in 2014-15 to facilitate the extension of the Service Agreement with Bell Canada for the NLPDP Real-Time Claim Adjudication Service.
