Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Licence to Occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 100 m² situated at Coopers Cove, Come by Chance, in the Electoral District of Bellevue, to Graham Baker for the purpose of a boathouse, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
