Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown land grant, subject to the normally applicable terms and conditions, comprising an area of 63 m² situated at Paddy’s Pond, in the electoral district of Conception Bay South, to Winnifred Crocker, which grant amends Crown grant Volume 135, Folio 105.
