Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue aLicence to Occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 78 m² situated at Cape Broyle Pond, in the Electoral District of Ferryland, to Lawrence Puddister for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
