Under the authority of 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the leasing of 2,805 square feet of garage / storage space at 50 Mundy Pond Road by the Department of Justice (Royal Newfoundland Constabulary) from 10827 NFLD Limited, at a rate of $47,404.50 per annum ($16.90 per square foot), exclusive of HST, for a term of eight months, from June 1, 2012 to January 31, 2012, and thereafter on a month-to-month basis if required, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement.
