Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour RelationsAct, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby appoints Ms. Sheilagh Murphy as the Chair of the Labour Relations Board for a five year term, effective July 2, 2012, on the terms and conditions as set out in the Contract of Service attached to the Submission.
