Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mark Ploughman as Assistant Deputy Minister - Innovation and Strategic Industries in the Department of Innovation, Business and Rural Development, effective June 18, 2012, with salary set at Step 16 of the 1450 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
