Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $11,525,000 against its budgetary appropriation in 2013/14 to facilitate the award of a contract to Humber Valley Paving Limited in respect of Project 001-12PHP to pave the Trans-Labrador Highway from km 172.5 to km 248.5, Goose Bay towards Churchill Falls.
