Under the authority of section 3 of the Regional Service Boards Act, 2012 and on the recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Order entitled, "Western Regional Service Board Order," a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of Executive Council. OC2012-149 is hereby rescinded.
