Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 14.1 of the Energy Corporation Act and section 10 of the Transparency and Accountability Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the creation of:

1. the Labrador-Island Link General Partner Corporation

2. the Labrador-Island Link Holding Corporation

3. the Labrador-Island Link Operating Corporation

4. the Labrador Transmission Corporation

5. the Muskrat Falls Corporation

6. the Nalcor Energy Marketing Corporation

7. the Lower Churchill Management Corporaion

each to be incorporated under the Corporations Act as non-Crown agent subsidiaries of Nalcor Energy, to invest in, develop, own and operate the assets of the Muskrat Falls Project.
