Under the Authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown land comprising an area of 50 m², situated at Thorburn Lake, in the Electoral District of Terra Nova, to Jean Stacey for the purpose of a wharf, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
