Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to execute a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at or near 30-32 Commonwealth Drive, Botwood, NL, (as described in the survey attached to the Submission as Annex I), to the Town of Botwood, in a form to be approved by the Department of Justice and on conditions determined by the Minister of Justice, subject to an indemnification by the said Town of Botwood.
