Under the authority of section 4 of the Auditor General Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is moved, by commission under the Great Seal of the Province, to appoint Terry Paddon as Auditor General of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective June 1, 2012, subject to confirmation by the House of Assembly in accordance with section 4 of the Auditor General Act, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with access to the Performance Management Reward Program for Deputy Ministers in accordance with OC2011-199.
