 Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, section 9 of the Executive Council Act and section 5 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Laurie Skinner as Deputy Minister of Finance and Secretary to Treasury Board, effective June 1, 2012, with salary set at an appropriate level on the 2556 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedure approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
