Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $1,888,699 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Anchorage Contracting Ltd. for mechanical and electrical upgrades to the Confederation Building East Block Tower.
