Under the authority of section 28(3)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the creation of a new Activity of Expenditure 3.3.07 - BSE Recovery Program within the vote of the Department of Forest Resources and Agrifoods.
