Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Justice to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $6,132,117 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Redwood Construction Ltd. for the renovation and redevelopment of the RNC Annex Building.
