Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against the budgetary appropriations of future years as follows: $2,856,400 for 2013/14; $1,999,000 for 2014/15; and $220,700 for 2015/16 to provide for the award of various service contracts, as listed in Annex “B” of the Minister’s Submission.
